My name is Lance Hankins.

I am the Co-Founder and CTO at Motio, Inc.

My interests include :

• Software Development – I’ve been programming since 1993 (professionally since 1997). I started with C, moved to C++ and then Java. I’ve been working in Java since roughly 2000.
• Cognos – I’ve been working with IBM Cognos since 2003. During that time I’ve worked extensively with the Cognos SDK, building many custom applications on top of Cognos as well as integrating it into existing portals and applications. Having done this so many times, we (Motio) built an Application Development Framework called MotioADF, targeted specifically at this sort of scenario.
